For the last year we have been praying, observing, and waiting for the right time to move forward in following God’s vision for Victory Church, and finally, we know the right time is now! During the last fifteen years, over 15,000 people have received Christ during our Worship Experiences. In the past three years, we have added three new locations, giving us even more opportunity to fulfill our vision to Reach a City, Change a Nation, and Touch the World. God has strategically positioned us to reach the people of our communities for Christ and to strengthen our foundation to touch the world.  Here is an overview of what we are planning to do to touch more people in more ways:

Victory Church – Oklahoma City
* Build a multi-purpose Student Center that will house offices, a gym, and meeting places for our student ministries
* Finish replacing the new roof on the West end of the main facility
* Expand The Grind coffee shop to better serve more people

Victory South Coast – Corpus Christi
* Build a 500-seat auditorium to house this congregation, which has grown from 50 to over 400 in attendance in just three years

Victory Church – Norman
* Create a 2,000 square foot multi-purpose area for student ministries and fellowship

Victory Iglesia
* In Oklahoma City, purchase new facilities for this inner-city congregation, which has quadrupled its attendance in the last three years
* Growth and expansion in Barranquitas and San Juan, Puerto Rico

Victory Church – Edmond
* We desire to expand our influence to all parts of the OKC Metro area, and plan for Victory Edmond to be our next church plant

Strong Foundation
* Victory Church has been in a constant growth pattern since its inception fifteen years ago. As we look forward to the future, it is time to ensure that Victory Church has a solid financial foundation in order to operate debt free, and be able to reach out beyond our walls to bring the light of Christ to other areas of the world.

Why is now the right time?
Because of the last two years, many in the world are seeking for hope and answers. Victory Church has the answers they are searching for, but we have to create space and capacity for people to gather and hear the good news. As a church family, we are choosing to trust God with the Light A Fire movement, stepping out in faith and obedience, knowing He will continue to bless us with growth and finances.

When will new construction begin?
As funds begin to come in, they will be allocated according to the most urgent needs over the
two-year giving period. Our desire is to have all new construction projects completed by 2013.

How much money will be raised?
We hope to raise between 10 and 12 million dollars over a two-year period. Approximately 6 million will be used for the proposed building projects, with the remainder used for local outreaches, missions, and other benevolent programs, as well as to retire the mortgage debt on current buildings.

What if all the money is not raised?
We will prioritize projects and use the funds accordingly. Projects will be completed as funds are available. Being good stewards of the funds raised through this movement is of utmost importance.

Does this replace my tithes & offerings?
Biblically, tithe is 10%, and supports the day-to-day operations and up-keep of the church, as well as missions & outreach. Giving for the LAF movement goes beyond that tithe and is given freely as the Lord leads a person in his or her own heart. It is a
sacrificial gift given willingly by the Victory family.
